This App is intended solely for internal employees of Zakwan Zene. It is not offered to the general public.

The Zakwan Zene App is designed with minimal data collection in mind. We do not require public registration. All accounts are created and managed by administrators.
We may collect the following information:

Inventory Data: When employees search for products, scan QR codes, or manage stock, relevant product and order information is processed within the system.

QR Code Scans: QR codes attached to rolls of fabric are scanned to retrieve and update inventory data. The scan data relates only to company stock items.
We do not collect or store personal information such as location data, contact lists, media files, or payment details.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for:

Employees cannot independently create or delete accounts. Only administrators manage user access.

The App does not scan or process QR codes outside the company’s inventory system.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Zakwan Zene App is not intended for use by the general public, children, or minors. It is strictly for internal employee use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated to employees, and the revised version will be posted within the App and/or on the official Zakwan Zene website.
